For your nurse sprite, I think the left sleeve could be a bit smaller and shifted up more since her shoulders are at an angle. Just scooch it up a bit and it'll be good. Ooh that's quite the improvement! I really like his profile picture as well. The only things that could nitpick would be the mouth as Lind mentioned (but it's not that bad) and the jacket could be slighter longer and the vertical lines on the suit could be smoothed out just little more. =)
