At least in the English version and on the main page. iunno how spacing is supposed to be for French. Or Spanish. Or German. (although I do think the ES and DE languages following the same spacing conventions as the EN, the French must be really off.) But in the English section, having a space before and after the collaborator, especially if there are multiple collaborators looks really wrong.
For example,
Turnabout Featured Trial
Author: Star Author
Collaborators: Collab1 , Collab2 , Collab3 , Collab4
Iunno. I just think it looks really wrong to have spaces before the comma. Especially if the number of collabs causes it to go to the next line.

Good point, there shouldn't be spaces before the commas, even in French
