[Feature] Allow Turning Talk and Present Off

Post by ryekseu&colawoffices »

I was playing Turnabout Bloodlines, made by the great Zeel1, and noticed that on the part where you have to look for the article in
Grace's room, there's the option of talking to the air.

There should be a way to detect if a character is unset/set on that investigation scene, a way to unset/set a character scene through frames, etc.

Note:this is just a suggestion.

Are you suggesting an option to hide the "talk" button of an investigation? It's difficult to tell what your actual suggestion is.

I'm actually suggesting a feature and its sub-features.

Feature: Hidden 'Talk' and 'Present', in the absence of a character in the scene.

Sub-features: Enables/Disables the buttons once a character has been set through a frame action.

Your "sub-feature" proposal is still unclear. When you say "once a character has been set using a frame action," do you mean "when there is an on-screen character"?

Yes, sorry if it was a bit unclear, it sounded better in my head.

It would be better to have those options be toggleable than simply disabled. Some older trials allow you to talk/present to thin air deliberately.

Still, toggleable isn't a bad idea.
