[E]Add the flashing "Testimony" text as a popup

As you know, the AA games have a little "Testimony" flashing in the corner of the screen while a witness is giving their testimony. This is noticeably lacking from the trial editor. There IS a way to add it in the trials, but it's quite complicated, and has a few problems. I think that adding it as a popup to overlay on the frame shouldn't be too hard to implement in the editor, and would certainly make it easier for people to include in their cases.

It is straightforward to add custom pop-ups already. As for adding it to the editor itself, I suggest that you provide the relevant file. I assume Unas will happily add it then.

That guide you linked to is not only old, it's the wrong method. As for adding it as a popup, I support this.

Yeah, it doesn't exist. There's only flashing "Testimony" and "Argument" popups.
