When will AAO6 be released?

Hi, I was just wondering when AA06 will be released, giving us investigations Miles Edgeworth
Styles and AAI characters?
Dont mean to sound like a bug.

However, we cannot say exactly when it will be finished. It could be November, December or even next year. It depends on how much time Unas has to work on it.

No, I haven't started working on the manager yet.

In fact, I haven't spent too much time working on V6 these last few weeks, but I'm still focusing on implementing all main features and fixing all noticeable bugs in the editor and player before moving on.

But if there is one thing I'm really longing for, it's the option to save progress in the player, like in V5. This is primarily because I would like to stop using the V5 player altogether and change to the new, much cleaner V6 interface . AND I'll be able to report more bugs . But for that to be possible, saving is a real must-have feature. So when do you think the player will support this?

Well, I haven't started working on that yet, but you're right to bring that to my attention.
I guess it should indeed be one of my next priorities.

In fact, once saving is implemented and the player correctly plays most V5 trials, I might launch the V6 player completely (meaning replacing all V5 player links to V6 links for everyone) before the rest is done.

Are you gonna put the Investigations characters in?
And also, are you gonna allow people to have 2 characters on one side
like in Investigations?

The answer to both your questions is yes. But we'll add the sprites a bit after AAO6 is released.

The sprites are already available on CR in .gif format. So what is it that delays your adding it? If it's just a matter of sorting the files into appropriate folders, I'll gladly do it. Shouldn't take that long...

Actually, AAI has several sprites that are wider than the screen (ie wider than 256px).
I have to make sure the V6 engine handles those well before uploading them, of course.

And then there is the need to organise sprites in proper folders and log startup animation durations in the AAO files.

I saw on the Website on one of the Cases There was a photo of
"Logic chess" Is this coming aswell.

Logic chess is not planned for the moment. It might come in a relatively far future.
