Turnabout Tale (UNDERTALE themed case)

In this Alternative Universe, the story of Frisk and Chara is real. It was later written in a book, and then converted to a PC game by this AU's Toby Fox. Moments after, Dr. Alphys brought Chara back to life using half of Frisk's soul, but this had a consequence. In this AU, the evil interpretation of Chara does exist, and it has now been taken to court. Phoenix, being the nice dood bro he is, accepted the case and now is out to prove Chara's innocence using evidence in the story, and in-game.

Please be aware this takes place in a Alternative Universe, and that things like 4th Wall breaking, messed up court legal system, etc are common. Also excuse my bad grammar, i'm Brazilian.
