Jibber watched with his smug grin plastered in his face, as usual.

"Hehe, I see the defence is grasping at straws and getting nowhere."

Geno ignored the smug prosecution, as he had better things to do.

"I realize that. But I'd imagine that you aren't right next door, no? So why were you there, at that exact moment in time? Your timing is awfully convenient."

Daniel had enough of Geno stealing the show, so he decided to give him a helping hand, like a real aid, and said:
"Also, you live in the same street, so what?!
That doesn't give you the right to spy on the defendant, yes I'm accusing you of spying, and I want the reason"...
After that Daniel started to drink from his bottle of water, again.

"Objection. Stop badgering my witness." Jane tapped her bench as she smirked. "Need a chill pill, defense? For the record, being nosy is not against the law. Besides, the witness was probably just doing a bit of spring gardening.

EDIT: Typo.

"Indeed. As I said, the defence is grasping at straws. There are a number of reasons the witness could have been there."

Jibber paused to straighten his hat.

"If you aren't going to pull out a good objection, don't object in the first place."

((I wasn't the only one badgering))
"Hmpf, I will beg down until we have more evidence...speaking of which, Where is that evidence?"
Daniel said while being annoyed, not in the mood to apologise to Geno, even though he know he was wrong.

((OOC For crap's sakes, guys, only Manfred von Karma answered for his witness. Let the witness do her...witness...ing..))

"I'm not badgering the witness, Payne. Er...whoever you are. It's also not against the law to cross-examine the witness, is it? I've asked a very reasonable question, and I want it answered."

((OOC: CUT. I'm TRYING to, but he's refusing. Daan, stop doing that, or I'll have you cut from this RP instead of getting penalized. If you want to say something to me, do it via PM.

Stop reiterating everything I'm saying, especially because of your impatience. I'm not on here when you are.))

As-a-matter-of-fact, you're correct.

Usually, my mom would be the one doing that.

But I'm forced to do all that myself, since my parents live back in Narnia..

I witnessed Melanie Chole leaving her house with a crazed look in her eyes, and a knife in hand.

She doesn't live that far from me, so it was easy to notice.
Frachement, ma cherie...

You say you saw the exact look on her face, and a knife that doesn't exist?
I find that odd, can you please give a little more detail about how the knife looked, and how you saw her the expression on her face?

((I probably misspelled something, forgive me I am tired when typing this up, and to the prosecution, I can cross-examine, my rolecard says so.))
