So back with an update, I have a list of some programs you could use to make a game with, it might get some interest:

Flash
Gamemaker
RPG Maker (2000-2003-XP-VX)
Stencyl (that's not out yet and I don't know the release date)
http://www.scirra.com/learn.php - Its called Construct, it looks easy and has toturials, and the best part is its free.

You can obtain the others in free ways...as in downloading

I hope that some people will still join, since I think it would be pretty fun, and if its needed I will extend the entry date until first of November.

I've actually been trying to find where I can download Flash free for ages now and I've never been able to find it. I'm a bad person AND a failure. Don't follow my example.

So, for the people using it, is Construct any good? I hope it's easier than Game Maker. v_v
Game Maker sucks. >_>

If Construct is usable, maybe I'll join up.

...While I found Game Maker extremely easy to get around in, if you're talking about what I think you're talking about, you'll like Construct better because you can get it to automate a lot of processes for you. However, you'll have to get used to the layout, which is a lot less polished than GM.
