He lives less than 50 miles from them. You'd still have a 50 mile radius in which to search- it's hardly enough detail to start inputting these missile coordinates...

I mean, actually, you could use a heavier weapon like an A-bomb or other nuclear missile to remove the need to pinpoint his exact location, but that could lead to trade embargo, sanctions, and possibly war on your country courtesy of the USA... Not to mention millions of civilian casualties just to catch one target...

Oh, that's not exactly why you wanted to know, is it? Ehehehehe...
