He's right though. One you take up the pen (or keyboard, as it were), it's your world now. If you want to make von Karma a good guy, the Judge a serial killer, or Mia Fey a pettanko, that's all up to you.

Never played The Fated Turnabout, and I am unaware of any cases with the Judge as a serial killer.
I'm just pointing out options. Other options include making Larry a hyper-competent detective, Maggey Byrde into someone with astoundingly good luck, or having Miles Edgeworth be the true culprit of DL-6, just to name a few.
P.S. that means if anyone revealed the plot twist to Fated, it's you, BP. (assuming you're being serious)
