Dazzle trouble...Little help here?

Not sure if anyone has any experience in this area, but I need some help.

I tested out my Dazzle today, and what resulted was a massive mess. The sound came out very good. The video went very, very, badly, with massive frame jumps that I couldn't even count. I did a run of MVC3's arcade mode. The sound wasn't even to the third fight before the video ended due to the unholy frame skipping.

Does anyone have any advice that they think would help me with this? After checking compatibly, my computer should be more then capable of running this program.
