So I want to import music from DGS but I don't know how.

Once you have the track and have hosted the track, you use it as you would any other external mp3. Can you clarify which part (or all of them) you're stuck on?

I have the mp3 downloaded on my computer I just don't know how to put it into the case maker.

Next, you need to get it hosted. After that, you'll have a link that you can put into the "external mp3" section of the Music/Sound tabs in the editor.
