Start animated frames at the beginning?
My problem is with animated backgrounds or images, for example the judge's gavel. I've been trying to make a case in which I try to test what the trial editor has to offer, and it's definitely a lot! What troubles me, however, is that sometimes, animations like these don't start when the frame does. For example, this gavel animation is sometimes timed correctly, and other times it starts with the gavel already down, and then, for a brief moment, it's like the animation starts again, completely not matching with the corresponding sound effect. Is there any work around for this? If yes, what is it? Thanks in advance!

This is on my to-investigate list, but it's a long list. I'll need to organize this. This bug has bothered me for a long time.
