How to Use Someone Else's External Sprites (with Credit)

Post by arthurdent »

Hello! I'm working on a trial with Athena as the lead defense, and I saw in the "Your Art" section, there's forums where people have put up download links for Athena sprites. How do we put these sprites in the trial editors? I know it has to do with Image URLs, but I don't know how to find those. If a tutorial for this has already been made, can someone please send me a link?

Just upload the image to a site like imgur and copy-paste the direct link.

Thank you! I'm trying to alter my avatar to something I drew myself with the same method, but it says the URL I gave is not valid. What am I doing wrong?

The same method should work for avatars. Double-check that you're copying the direct link. If you're sure you are, then put the link here, and I can probably tell you the reason.

Actually, the same thing is happening with trying to add the sprites. One sec:

Include the direct link, not the image link. The former has an extension (like .gif). You need the extension.
