What are the nicknames of characters?

A lot of the characters have nicknames. Does anybody know all/some of them?
Example:
Pearls is what Phoenix Wright calls Pearl Fey
Pearly is what Maya Fey calls Pearl Fey

I can name some, I guess:

Larry > Edgeworth: "Edgey"
Oldbag > Edgeworth: "Edgey-poo"
Edgeworth > Most people: "Mr/Mrs. ______" (Because he's all formal and stuff.)
Klavier > Apollo: "Herr Forehead"
Klavier > Hot or cute girls: "Fraulein" (can also be used as a title like Ms.)
Klavier > Judge: "Herr Judge" (It's worthwhile to note that Herr is basically "Mr. " or "Sir" in German.)
Trucy > Apollo: "Polly"
Larry, Maya, Pearls, Gumshoe, and occasionally Edgeworth > Phoenix: "Nick"
Desiree > Phoenix: "Nicky-poo"
Desiree > Ron: "Ronnie"
Pearl > Gumshoe: "Detective Dick" (I'm pretty sure she only said this once or twice?)

Note: Klavier is a special case, in that many of his strange nicknames and phrases are just German words. This essentially means that when making a trial with Klavier, you can make up your own phrases with a little German knowledge, and they're basically canon.

P.S. As for the inevitable question, "Why is the same guy answering all my forum topics?!" ...I'm really bored, that's all.

With the exception of Mia, has anyone actually called Phoenix by his full first name? Like it's always Trite, Mr. Phoenix Wright, Nick, Mr. Lawyer/Attorney or just Wright, but never Phoenix!
