Why isn't my custom sprite working?

I make a guy then go to add custom pictures and i add 2 pics but it does not animate the guy he just stays still anyone else get this?

Maybe you saved the picture as a .png or something else. For animated pictures you have to save them as a .gif.

Remember that you need to save it as an animated GIF - not a normal GIF.

I've had a look, and your sprite isn't animated even by opening it directly in the browser. Obviously it won't be animated in game

By the way, you should use another host for pictures. The one you're currently using to host your von karma picture doesn't work ingame, because it uses a weird redirection protocol that firefox doesn't seem to follow correctly when the picture is inside of a page.
When I open the picture url directly in Fx, I see the picture, but I can't see it in the editor nor in the game...

Try fileden.com instead
