Okay, so I've been trying to figure out why my case does this.
In a cross-examination I want the "HOLD IT" picture to say longer, because as soon as I hit PRESS, The HOLD IT sign pops up along with the sound effect and quickly (Almost instantaneously) moves to the next slide of Apollo asking his question.
It just looks so bad when I skips that quick, and I tried that wait thingy on the side but it isn't doing anything.
Please help :[
Thanks

Why is there a problem with the timer of my shout bubble?

Are you sure the Wait is big enough? Remember, I think it's centiseconds (Word?) not seconds.

It's actually centreseconds (or centerseconds if you use American English).DramaticaXIV2 wrote:Remember, I think it's centiseconds (Word?) not seconds.

Oh, it is? I kept calling them milliseconds, but I suppose that wouldn't make much sense...

They are centiseconds, since you need 100 to make a full second. (1000 milliseconds = 1 second)
