Can I make custom backgrounds like th detention center wall?

I know the difference between the DC Ahead and Behind. My question is, how does the DC Behind work? (I suppose it's similar to how the benches appear for the Defense Bench, Prosecution Bench, Witness Stand, etc.) My point in asking this question is, can we add custom backgrounds that do the same thing, i.e., lay a third layer over the sprite? If so, how would we do this?

This is primarily for custom Psyche-Lock animations, I guess. (A background with some of the chains and locks, the sprite, and then the rest of the locks over top.)

You can't add them yourself as of yet.

Yes, it works like the benches, and no, the third plan (the one for benches) cannot be set manually yet. That's on my to-do list
