How do I Make Automatic Messages?

In some trials I've played, I've seen the Arrow on the bottom "Screen" dissapears and the message continues by itself. How do I do this?

Set the 'Wait' at the side to something. It's in centisecond.

The time for the player to wait after the text have finished appearing, the unit is as stated above centiseconds.
Currently working on a redesign of Court-records.net.
