How can I make the "testimony" icon appear during testimony?

Well I have already seen in some cases made by the users in AAO have the testimony icon blinking to indicate that a testimony is in progress. How can I make this icon. I don't know if this has already been posted. But if it was already been posted I'm sorry but I just need to know.

Any trials that have it must have used custom witness sprites with the testimony blinker on them.

It's an issue of compositing. The current engine only has support for two user selectable layers, with one additional layer used for effects and another for foregrounds for specific selected backgrounds.

You can put it without problem, but not in the corner it's supposed to be (uper-left corner) as long as you don't have any actions used during any of the statements in the "Witness testimony" Part.
You create an evidence with an icon of the "Testimony" blinking like the one topaz posted.
Then you show the evidence in each statement to make it appear on the upper-right corner.

I see no need usually for actions. If you're planning on having actions then don't use it

It was me who suggested it. But yes, now that I think about it, it is silly, because testimonies are sometimes different to cross-examinations.
