Gonna be the first to kill the mood here, lol. Not too bad, though the shading and thickness of the lines makes it look awkward, in my opinion.

Update:

Kasimira Gavin, a character who first appeared in The Departed Turnabout: Chapter 1. She is involved with the UI-4 Incident, since it is her murder that leads to the kidnapping and the events of Justice's Memoirs... She has no actual physical appearance in game, except in a flashback with this still sprite -- although it'll be desaturated first -- hence why it is quite uh... simplistic. ^^

And Kristoph's father's evil/good self (your mileage may vary) is a fairy? Maya would have a field trip with that one.

I did a bit of an edit, though. I've resized him, so you have two sizes to choose from. One is more proportionally correct to him standing on a box and doesn't look like Mr. McKittens is someone in a cat suit...
