Re: Radex's Artsy Stuff (Update 11/22)
Thank you very much! PM me to remind me to credit you when I release the trial I'm using it in!
Re: Radex's Artsy Stuff (Update 11/22)
Haha, that's YOUR responsibility, not mine. You have to remember who's stuff you are using, there shouldn't be any reminders.Mimi Mika wrote:Thank you very much! PM me to remind me to credit you when I release the trial I'm using it in!
Plus, I'm too inactive at the moment to pm it to you (even though I am posing this).

While I am impatiently waiting for my Macbook Pro. I want to show this. I made a long time ago, but it wouldn't hurt to give it some exposure. The photo is nothing compared to the original.
I'm excited to get my laptop, but damn lol, Apple needs to accept my order faster xD.

Re: Radex's Artsy Stuff (Update 3/14)
As I said on your trial thread, OMG WHAT THE IT'S EPIC HOW DO YOU DO THIS???
Re: Radex's Artsy Stuff (Update 3/14)
Haha, trust me, each place takes less than five min to nightify.Mimi Mika wrote:As I said on your trial thread, OMG WHAT THE IT'S EPIC HOW DO YOU DO THIS???
- I began with the shadow/highlights filter and I increase the highlights and lower the shadows (strange to say, but yes).
- Then I go to hue/saturation and use the following: colorize setting, 200/25/-30. I vary it depending on the scene.
- I use the history brush and set the history setting on the shadow/highlights that I did. I use a very soft brush with a 5%-20% opacity and start "coloring" the scene just for artistic beauty as well as predicting what light sources are there. It would be far easier if I use a mouse or my tablet (if I had my pen) to clean up the area. Trackpad is not so easy <_< (stating the obvious).
- I use brightness/contrast if needed. I decrease the brightness and increase the contrast.
