Yeah, I see what you mean. With the references I used, the neck is pretty straight on the right. I think with a bit more shading it should be fine.Mimi Mika wrote:OMG HE'S MORE HOBO NOW!!
It's a very good sprite and I understand it's still a WIP. But just in case, his neck looks choppy... or if not choppy, too square.
It helps, so no worries , there may be some things I may have missed even though it is still a WIP.
Yes, in his hobo'ish way .Godot Mango wrote:Yes, he does seem more mature.Mimi Mika wrote:OMG HE'S MORE HOBO NOW!!

That is a very good GS5 Phoenix u got thar. Although for some reason, something looks just barely off about his eyes on his defense bench pose... but oh well, I think I'm just imagining things.
Keep it up!

I believe I think I see it. There's suppose to be a shadow under the eye, rather than a highlight. It is rather faint though, really faint.

On the GS5 Phoenix hand on mouth sprite, his hair is really blurry for some reason...
Re: Radex's Artsy Stuff (GS5 Phoenix Wright (sprite)! 8/18)
Good eye. I am still working on that , I didn't want to ruin the shading from Ceres' GS5 Phoenix so I spliced it and resized it to fit the perspective. I am using it as a placeholder till I got the shading of the face and hand considerably done with satisfaction. Once I got the those two done, I'll sharpen the edges there. It would take me less than 5 minutes to do that.nudalman wrote:On the GS5 Phoenix hand on mouth sprite, his hair is really blurry for some reason...

Ah, I see. Good luck with the sprite.

Thank you. Once I get the set animation ready and go, I guess I'll animate it as preview. People can use it, but it would be a very limited set.nudalman wrote:Ah, I see. Good luck with the sprite.
The other sets such as Phoenix bending over to the desk in deep focus requires me to make it more through scratch.
What I need to be really careful of since I am doing some splicing is head proportion.
