What I edited is made the right side black and white and got that little tatto on their fingers.

If your gonna say give credit let me ask you this.

When do you give credit to capcom for base and put the case and the part etc.

If you have been using a base that you did not create, credit must be given. E.g. - Jeti's Apollo Justice sprites.

Please listen to Tap, and give credit. For your question, I can't answer as I'm not sure why, however, the rules explicitly state that you must give credit. That would be like if I took your edit, added a gradient over the black and white part, and called it my own. Sorry.

Trilby > Nudalman is right. I received a report from someone else about this as well, which is why I've had to remove the art from the first post. You didn't draw that art - and neither did Capcom. You have to give credit, or at least link to where you found the image. Otherwise, you've taken someone else's artwork and edited it without their permission.
