I've found myself recently inspired to try and be nicer. Probably hasn't really shown itself in posts yet, but it's kind of a coming-in-in-bits-and-pieces thing. It's actually kind of fun thinking up nice little mottos like that.

Hey, I really like that motto! The first three rows manage to catch the feel without sounding too corny~ Though I think that last row would sound better other way around: Always forgive - Never forget

Well the order doesn't really change anything.

Basically it means to always be forgiving, but you should still keep it in mind if someone's lied to you or otherwise mistreated you before. Should stay wary of it and keep it from happening again - but that doesn't mean you should be angry or spiteful about it.

I believe it's my way of skewing from the common view that being nice means being stupid or naive.
