The Kristoph one: Quite good but some parts of his suit are still the origiinal colour. Mostly around the lapels.
Oh and you should also add shading...

It wasn't bad It just needs some work!
No sprites are bad!
And yes I did see the frankensprite
My comments on it:
A good recolour but needs shading on the suit.
Maybe you should recolour the hand to match the face's skin tone?

You have quite a bit of work here, but all of the sprite look like it has gone through the "posterize" tool. It's very hard on the eyes. You need a better color palette for every one of your sprites.

Good frankensprites, horrible shading.

And about some of these terms... They're hard to explain sometimes, so I would search up the Spriters-Resource forums and look up their dictionary of terms.

Lol. Basically When you see something it's one colour but the light makes part of it look darker/Lighter. Like look at All of Phoenix's sprites for example the top part of his suit is lighter than the bottom part.
