Thanks. For some reason the sprite is bugging me-it doesn't look larry enough...Thursday wrote:The hair turned out great

Re: Sep's Sprites
I think perhaps the nose and expression are what doesn't make it completely like Larry, however, it is still a good sprite.
One suggestion that I have is that the jaw is too diagonal and lacks anti-aliasing.

Larry's jaw is like that.nudalman wrote:I think perhaps the nose and expression are what doesn't make it completely like Larry, however, it is still a good sprite.

I disagree; take a look at Larry's jaw and you will find both shape and anti-aliasing.

Yes! The shirt looks MUCH better. Couple of here-and-there's, but nothing too important. (To me anyway )

Re: Sep's Sprites
Fix the top right square (because it looks like it converges instead of being parallel to the others) and you're set for the rest of that set of sprites.

Re: Sep's Sprites
All sprites redone, in OP! Can someone make .gifs?
Also, how should I put in the talking sprites into the editor, Talk1, Talk2, Talk1, Blink2, Blink3, Blink2, Talk1?

Re: Sep's Sprites
Very nice sprites. But I would use the mid-blinking sprite as the normal sprite, to give a lazy feeling to the sprite. Otherwise, superb

Re: Sep's Sprites
How does this look for evidence? I was at first going to remove the hand behind his head and instead as the start up sprites, make him turn the paper upside down, but it was too hard to do. Its still a WIP.
Anyway, I took phoenix's happy/embarrased and phoenix's evidence sprites and spliced them with larry's.

Wow this looks really good
The only thing I would change is his face:
If he got his hand behind his head then he must be nervous, or confused.
Try it.
