@Unknown Detective: Thanks :maya: And the hand isn't visible when you put him behind the defense bench, so... I just didn't think it was necessary :)
@Aer: So the hunched over thing wasn't just me... I thought I was seeing things :S Thanks for that Ms. Aer :dekiller:

:takethat: UPDATE
Some users in the Spanish section made some requests, and one of them ended up in this really neat bottle (I think I'm going to cry  I really like how it turned out): Image
Also, he gave me permission to put it Free to use, so thanks Sfcpfc!

A fixed sprite and a new one for the Young Attorney:

Something about hair seems a little off.

The two hair... thingies at the front seem like they're completely unshaded. I think that's what Sligneris means.
There wasn't a signature fad/meme/whatever here, what are you talking about?

Uh, I'm not really sure about (his) right hand. It kinda looks like it was cut off. Maybe move it towards his pants and create a (dark outlined) pocket?

Borrowing Steve Cape for my trial - thanks!

On the young attorney: the cutoff between his hairline and forehead is a little off somehow. Maybe it's too abrupt, or the perspective is somehow skewed, or both. In addition, his body seems a little small for his head. While making heads bigger is a classic cartoon stylization move, it doesn't sit naturally on his body here. I'm not sure if you can just upscale the body slightly and polish up the edges again and not have it look rushed or unfitting, but it's worth a try. Alternatively, you could shrink the head a bit and just have a smaller attorney...

@hershel_layton: It's just that the hand isn't visible if you put the bench... Seems a bit useless.
@Ferdielance: I didn't make the head bigger, just to clear up :? If I get that from other people I'll fix it.

Well I made an attorney character. I'm not sure how to put this in words but... I needed it to be fast, and easy to edit; that's the reason the face resembles Apollo too much and the hair is rather generic. I would go more crazy with him like I'm doing with the teal-colored attorney. So, I want you to focus on general design overall :S

The skin tones don't match up on the head with the rest of the body.

They actually do, you can blame Apollo's head for that, it has a rather f**ed up shading -_- I verified that a thousand of times...

Hey AP-master, I think I finally have it figured out. That teal-suited attorney guy looks hunched over because he practically has no neck. Grab his head, pull it up a few pixels, and fill the rest of the space in with fleshy colors and whatever. Boom. Instant fix right there.

I like to scratch sprite. Feel free to ask if you need anything :3
Not very experienced at backgrounds, action shots, nor evidence, but I'd love to try.

Wow, that's true! Just compared it to Phoenix's neck, thanks Aer!

So, I recently decided to take a break from the attorney sprites (I have been doing the teal colored one, a female one for a request and the generic one (and also another one for practice, but this one is more my fault :? ) ).
So I started to do some brainstorming about what kind of character I could do. And I thought "Hey, I haven't seen a young, but at the same type reliable detective in the AA games..." This guy is the birth from that random idea.

Say heya to Jon Scar. If you can figure out from what the name comes from I will give you a cookie  Also tell me what you think.
