Well, it (at the very least) looks better than the other damage sprite, so I'm just gonna go ahead and make it the official damage sprite.

WHAT IS THIS MONSTROSITY THAT I HAVE CREATED
So... yeah. the basic goal of this was to try and create a frankensprite version of myself, and... I'm actually kinda proud of it. Granted, my hair is not nearly that straight, but what can you do...

Some things don't quite scale up (the hair and the arms), but that's a very good sprite.

Good work! The thing that looks a little off are the angle of the glasses. (Or the hair). If you align them up it'll look a lot nicer!
