OK, I have to be honest, Jakub doesn't even really qualify as an OC; he's just a Bellboy recolour. He could easily be the actual Bellboy, with hair dye and a change of clothing.

I think you're making mistakes with speaking animation even other that timing



It should be in this order

1. Closed mouth
2. Open mouth
3. Half-open mouth
4. Open mouth
5. Back to 1

Etc.
