I like the idea of your taking request/not taking request format.

You should use a | separator to separate those two (because of space issues), and give the green font color to "Taking request", for those that are actually available
You can keep the non-availability/not taking request, but leave it in a normal font color. It would be nice if you could give it a strikethrough to be more easily identifiable that a person is available.

For the opposite, when someone is not available, you should use a red font color "Not taking requests", and make "Taking request" in a normal font color.

Also glad you formatted the fields up, but for the bullet points of artists, you should include some actual bulletpoint (for reading/formatting purposes)

Thanks, Puddin. I thought about putting colors when I wrote it up there, but then I thought it would be too much trouble, seeing how I will have to constantly update this request form. Do you still think I should add color?

Mmm... put me down in there with the artists. I'll draw fanart of OCs. I'm not too confident in my spriting ability at the moment, so I'll just keep it at that for now. I'm not too good with bodies, but I'd like to improve on them... it'd take a long time, though, so drawings will probably be bust-length. I'll take up to three requests at a time, though none at the moment, as I'm pretty busy with my IF gift and other things.

Put me in As an evidence artist, requests open, PM for contact. I can't scratch evidence from zero, but I can come up with some original things using frankenstein. I'm better at editing evidence, especially adding blood.

If I may, could I be added, I am, yes, taking requests, and I do sprites, both fraken and scratch, though the latter may take me a bit longer and may not be as of good quality as the former. I also animate sprites, and only sprites. I also take three requests at a time. The link to my sprite topic is in my signature.
