Those actually look really good. :O
Dunno why but especially Asahi reminds me of Arina Tanemura's drawing style (if you know her?). Then again, a lot of shoujo authors' drawings look similar.
Anyway, from what I can see you're pretty good at drawing faces but the rest of the anatomy could use some work. For one his limbs are rather thin. Also the highlights in Shota's hair look too messy as you probably already know. Try make them follow the invidual strands more. Another problem with the lower picture is that it's a biiit oversaturated. Nothing that a few photoshop filters wouldn't fix though.
Also why is the guy in the first picture called "Shun Asahi"? If Shun is supposed to be his given name it should be the other way around.

Omg thanks!! I KNOW THE HEAD IS HUUUUUUUUUUGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (in my first drawing) YES!! I'M TOTALLY INSPIRED BY ARINA TANEMURA!!!

In kana Shun is written as シュン and Jun as ジュン.
