I was curious if I could use Magaret Jing. Although I did note she didn't have an icon, except for in her sprite sheet.

Oh, about Margaret... do you have any plans to make witness sprites of her? She looks like an interesting character as well.

Could I have your permission to use your Apollo sprites for a small case I'm going to be working on?

Well, sadly it's a no. The character was for a fangame, and despite she not being around anymore I'm going to have to say no.

Dang, these look awesome, Hesseldahl! I really love the Blackquill and Juniper sets - those are going to open up a lot of possibilities for case authors, and they look fantastic!
The score is still Q to 12. Shirley Homes avatar by my Invisible Friend. They're an awesome artist!

I don't know how often I compliment your stuff, I need to do that more!

I really like your art style and designs, and I'm INCREDIBLY impressed by how much you get out with high quality. You have more full sprite sets than the majority of other spriters, and they're really high quality. I really like the look of the pink haired woman and the effects on the glasses, it's really cool!

If you don't mind a little constructive criticism, I do notice you tend to fluctuate arm lengths (a problem I have more than my fair share of experience with xP) so try to remember that the elbows generally reach around the belly button area and the wrist generally falls to the level of the crotch. For reference:

I hope that helps, and I look forward to future art!

Calvinball:

Thanks! That is the reason I'm doing those sets.

GotMLK7:

:D, Thanks! I'm glad people like my drawings or characters, I put a lot of effort in these designs.

Also, no I don't mind receiving criticism, It really helps me improve since I haven't take any type of class or lesson on drawing.
In some ways I think my art has gotten a lot better thanks to you guys so yeah, if you need to say something don't hold on!
By the way this picture is very useful.

I'm Undertale trash and I'm proud of it!
I couldn't resist my urge to dress Papyrus as Apollo, and this is the result:

Recent enigma posts have got me wondering. When you draw up sprites and reduce their palette, are you personally selecting each color to be used in the palette, or do you just allow whatever image editing program to pick the most accurate one automatically? Because I've just been doing the latter, but your recreations of Jinxie in said enigma art thread look pretty good at a lot lower palette numbers than I go with (usually somewhere in the mid 20s), so I thought I might be doing something wrong.

Or maybe it's just Jinxie's design that lends itself so well.

It's Jinxie design.
Most characters require 20 colors.
