The Streets of Proprius:

Oscar cruised down the streets of Proprius at a chipper pace-- It wasn't exactly the speed he'd like to be going, what with the evacuation of Town Square going on, but it was better than sitting dead in traffic while their target slipped away for the millionth time. He sure hoped he was right about his hunch-- Ah, but why should he be? They'd been tailing this asshole for weeks now; Oscar probably knew his actions better than his own mother did.

"Looks like that road's gonna be closed..." Oscar muttered as he turned on the radio for more updates. Apparently some ice-cream super had joined the fray, but what did that have to do with him? He could care less about that. "It'll be faster if I cut through the shopping district."

With that, Oscar took a sharp left, and began heading down the Proprius shopping district. The stolen ice cream truck was serving him well so far-- Though the cargo was probably getting jolted up in the back from his less than stellar driving, and he'd had to roll down the window he'd broken to hide suspicion from anyone passing by. For all he knew, the owner could have reported it by now, so he had to move quickly. Not that he couldn't handle a few cops-- Not at all. Cops were easy. Child's play. He just didn't want them slowing him down on his mission. That was all.

Suddenly, as he was passing by a local jewelry shop, something blasted the doors open, and a girl in a pirate outfit bolted out, forcing Oscar to slam the breaks.

"What now?" He muttered, as the pirate girl scampered off. "I don't have time for this at all."

With that, he hit the gas again, and sped on further to the Fairplay Casino.

St Martha's Private Academy:

Leslie rushed down the halls, a wake of pixels floating after her as they rushed to keep up-- She was almost there now; her arm should be just in this classroom. She reached out to open the door and--

"Oh, Leslie." The door was opened instead by a young girl in the pink sweater and plaid skirt that made up the St Martha's uniform, and Leslie's body locked into place at the sight of her, and she immediately froze, her bits locking into place like soldiers at attention to their drill sergeant.

Oh no. It was her. The blue-haired girl. Leslie had only ever seen her a few times, around school, but every time she did, she felt like she was about to fly apart. She was just. What. Why. Feelings. Do not like. Leslie wanted to be her friend and talk to her all day and never go near her and also run into the sun and never look at anyone again.

"I was just about to go find you," The Blue Haired Girl said, reaching into her bag; out of it she produced Leslie's left arm, shaking and vibrating as it searched for its owner. "You wouldn't believe how long it took me to get all the pieces-- But I figured you could use a... 'hand'."

God that was the worst she's so cute

"Th-thanks, I really appreciate it." Leslie said, quickly reaching out her stump-- The arm quickly disintegrated and then reformed in its proper place on Leslie's arm. "I... Uh..."

"No problem." The blue haired girl said, flashing a grin. "See you around."

"See you."

The door closed. Leslie stood alone in the hall, each bit of her shaking like a leaf in a hurricane, before, bit by bit, she slumped to the ground becoming a puddle of bits.

City Square - Glachérie

"Well well well, Blockade. Seems like you've got yourself stuck there, hmmmm? Why don't you stay there for a moment and indulge, ahuhu~" Glachérie said in a sweet manner.
She looked pleased with the results. It seems like even someone as strong as Blockade has troubles escaping the chocolate. This gave her a moment to think. Blockade's power allowed him to control the size of his limbs and anything he touches. Thankfully he was stupid enough to monologue his powers for her. That is where she had the advantage. Right now, the thing that was giving her trouble were the turbines, attached to his armor. Armor that big has to have a few places where something can slip through. It was a gamble, as she didn't know the full limitations of Blockade's power, but maybe, just maybe...

Glachérie closed her eyes and put her hand over the vanilla ice cream in her scoop. She gracefully waved her hand and as she pulled it away, the ice cream stretched out, following the palm of her hand. She spun around and soon the vanilla ice cream had become a full length rope.

It was here where Blockade had finally broken free from her trap and was now falling from the sky, setting his huge boots on a collision course with Glachérie's pretty face. There was one serving of chocolate ice cream on the ground in front of her. It would go off as soon as Blockade smashed the ground and that would give her enough time to execute her plan. But she needed to get out of the way first.

"En garde, you fi - Agh!"

Just as she was about to jump out of the way, she was surprised by something that knocked her to the side. Thankfully it was away from Blockade's stomp, but she was still near enough to be affected by the force of the impact. The ground cracked open and chunks of stone were sent flying out in all directions, with Glachérie in mid-air trying to recover from the shock. Her reflexes kicked in and she managed to recover enough to break her fall to the ground.

She picked herself up and looked around to see who had tackled her, but there was no one near where she landed. Then she saw, right behind Blockade, there was someone wearing a domino mask sneaking up behind him. She felt that she didn't want to be found, and if this was an ally, Glachérie would appreciate the help. But if this was another villain, she would need to keep her wits about her. However, she could use this to her advantage. If this was a hero who came to fight Blockade, then they would at least be able to hold themselves against him for a bit.

Glachérie focused her attention on Blockade and readied her lasso.

"Blockade, darling, I wouldn't look behind if I were you." she said as she shot her lasso out towards Blockade's knees.

If I can have the ice cream seep through his armor, then I can see the full extent of his powers.

City Square

As the dust cleared around Blockade's strike, he glanced back and forth, looking for that stranger that pushed Glacherie out of the way. "The hell?! I coulda sworn someone was here a second ago...where did that brat go?! Some new super...?!"

Blockade was about to look behind him, but Glacherie caught his attention again; he had to quickly turn back towards her to react to her strike. The lasso encircled him, and began to pull towards his (still large) legs. He only chuckled, though.

"Ha! You dense, girl?!" As the lasso began to tighten around his legs, Blockade shrunk them back down; in fact, he didn't just shrink them down to normal size, but to an even smaller size than usual. The villain completely shrunk from the waist down; instead, his hands began to grow again, even larger than they were before, and he slammed those on the ground to hold his body up. The lasso had nothing to wrap around.

"GAHAHAHAHA!" he guffawed. "You thought I only had one trick up my sleeve?! I can only add so much mass artificially, but I can balance it all out by shrinking elsewhere. I'm unrestrainable, unstoppable, unpassable!" The villain dropped his forearms to the floor and pointed the now massive turbines on his elbows behind him. The turbines on his back began to roar back to life as well.

"I AM BLOCKADE!"

The turbines jetted the disproportioned villain forward like a jet, sliding along his massive forearms and pointing the sharp blade-edge on his helmet towards Glacherie. It was like a rocket-powered rhino charge. With the added size of the elbow-jets, he moved even faster than usual...

Close by, a telephone pole began to spark.

St. Martha's Academy - Hallway - Soul:

The hallways were barren at this time of day, as usual. Class was going on, after all. A few students could be seen, chatting and laughing during their off-periods.

Soul Sawachika was not one of those people.

She was running late for class, as usual. Her school uniform was wrinkled and had an inexplicable stain on it, as usual. And she was wearing it over her usual attire, as usual. Yet, she didn't seem bothered at all. She had an air of dignity to her that was almost chilling. Okay, the air she carried with her was definitely chilling. Everyone always knew when Soul was around. Her mere presence was enough to make the temperature in the room drop slightly. It always brought attention to her she didn't exactly appreciate. Hence, why she tended to linger a short while in the bathroom or something every time class got out.

Soul hurried to her second period class. History. This might've been her favorite class, but that didn't stop her grade from being barely enough to scrape by. She watched her steps enough not to trip at the top of those darn stairs for the fourth time this week, but not enough to notice the puddle of Bitgirl outside the Algebra classroom.

At least... not until she stepped in it.

She immediately retracted her foot, inspecting what she had just stepped in. After a few seconds of not being able to identify it, she let out a disgusted scoff and tried to shake the loose material off her foot. "Eurgh. Janitors here need to take fewer snack breaks." She shook her foot off again and continued on her way.

Shopping District - Anabelle:

Of all the days for the Michurus to do their shopping...

Of course, it was a beautiful day outside, most of the shops bustling, if on edge about the whole supervillain matter. The small family could be seen exiting the mall, with the father holding a couple of large bags. Full of clothes, probably. The mother could be seen holding Anabelle's hand, who in turn, was holding a cherry-flavored lollipop she had... found... in her mouth, and her stuffed animal Moshi in her arm. Suddenly, Anabelle started tugging on her mother's sleeve.

"Mommy? Can we get ice cream?" Annabelle looked toward her mother with hopeful eyes.

"Annie, dear, you have all the candy in the world, whenever you want it. And you have school soon. You'd be bouncing off the-"

And then an ice cream truck rounded the corner... fairly quickly. Anabelle's parents didn't know why, nor did they think they wanted to. Plus, the window was already down. Thinking quickly, Anabelle didn't ask for things like this very often. At least, not nearly as often as other kids her age. As the truck approached, both Mr. and Mrs. Michuru rushed to the curb and waved at the driver, trying to get his attention.

Somewhere in Proprius - Molotov:

A dingy van had been parked outside a low-income neighborhood in Proprius' outskirts. The van itself was probably white at some point, but had been colored an unattractive beige after having gone years without too much washing. Painted alongside one of the outside walls was an upside-down red heart with devil horns sprouting from it, two L's painted in thick black inside the heart. On the other side was messily scrawled "LUCYS LOVERS", also in black and in block capitals.

Rick Brunston and his crew, naturally, could be found inside, as made apparent by the intermittent jerking movements the van made on its frame. Raucous shouting and heavy metal guitar riffs could be heard even from a short ways outside the van.

"So then it's just like, if my body's made of f***in' rocks, why the hell do I still need to drink water?!" Most knew the man as Molotov, lead singer of the band who owned the van. "Everything's f***in' rocks, dude! Blood, stomach, all that s***! Rocks don't need to stay f***in' hydrated!"

"S***, man," Replied the bassist, a scrawny dude with a black-and-white striped mohawk bigger than his head as he took a puff from his cigarette. "You're still a dude, dude. You're still movin' 'round and s***. Gotta get that juice from somewhere..."

"Hey, dumba**. I'm a f***in' Super. Supers don't give a damn about that energy and matter and science s***." It was about then that the radio blared to life with an emergency announcement. "HEY!" Molotov roared, his guttural voice taking authority. "SHUT THE HELL UP SO I CAN LISTEN!"

"Proprius' prized City Square is under attack by a rogue supervillain! The man referring to himself as Blockade has recently destroyed a small shop and is terrorizing the police as we speak. Multiple roads leading to the City Square have closed for safety reasons. Two Supers, one unidentified, have been seen fighting the menace..."

"Dammit... Two Supers are on that guy, and he's still kicking a**?" One of the guitarists chimed in before Molotov banged on the wall, causing the van to jerk on its frame.

"HAH! D*****bag thinks he's cool because he can s*** butterflies or somethin'? Lemme handle this one, chumps." Molotov wasn't sure who he was talking to, but his words elicited laughter like hyenas from the rest of the group.

"Ooooh! Is it time to put on your big boy tights?!"

"SHUT THE HELL UP!" Molotov banged on the wall again, instantly quieting the outburst and opening a secret compartment housing his simple costume. One superhero outfit change filled with laughter and shouting later, Captain Continent floored the van as close as he could get to City Square.

City Square - Captain Continent:

The Lucy's Lovers van slid close to the arena and parked almost exactly where Caralyn's truck used to be. A leg made of granite found the door and kicked it open, and out come Captain Continent himself. He took a couple of heavy steps toward Blockade, who at this point, was just a couple of hands holding up a torso. The golem sized up the villain, and spat a small hunk of granite onto the ground.

"HEY!" His voice commanded attention. "What the HELL do you think you're doing, a**hat? Tearin' up a nice city center for giggles? Think you're hot s*** 'cause you got some fancy toy? People are tryin' to make good livings here, and I don't think anyone appreciates you f***in' up peoples lives like this. So get out now, 'fore I THRASH YA MYSELF!"

City Square

Another hero came to the scene, but Glachérie needed to focus her attention on Blockade. She only hoped the new super would prove to be useful. The last one had helped save her from becoming a splatter on the road, but it seemed Blockade was more intererested in her than the others.

"Mon dieu, you sure are one slippery for a guy your size, huh?" Glachérie remarked, whipping her lasso back towards her as Blockade had shrunk his legs down. She could sense another charge coming, and she felt that Blockade wasn't dumb enough to let it be a slow one. She needed to work fast.

Glachérie detached the lasso from the scoop and let it fall to the ground. She held out her hands to the length of vanilla and began waving them in a circular pattern. The ice cream followed the motion of her hands, with the vanilla rope spiraling around and coiling tighter. Soon, the whole length of the rope formed a large spring on the ground.

As she expected, Blockade initiated another charge, flying forward like a with the force of a rhinoceros, shouting out his name again.

"I heard you loud and clear, mon cheri," Glachérie said as she took a step back, her fencing senses kicking in. Time seemed to slow down, like the moments when one knew their life was in peril. In an instant, Glachérie shot forward and jumped onto the spring, propelling herself upwards as the spring shot up and sent her into the air, moments before Blockade smashed through the spring. Glachérie somersaulted midair and landed on the ground, her cloak billowing in the wind. She stood up and turned to face Blockade once more, smiling.

"Since you have been so kind to share with me how your powers work, allow me to return the flavor, darling." Glachérie scooped out another serving of chocolate ice cream and playfully licked it. "You know all about chocolate, it is a highly reactive flavor that explodes into a sticky mess of fudge. But vanilla on the other hand... is the most flexible and fluid of ice cream, which I can manipulate like clay. Not only can I change its shape, but also its consistency and texture!"

Glachérie struck a pose, putting her hand in front of her face and pointing at Blockade with her scoop as she laughed. "And you just smashed through a whole lot of it, darling!"

Shopping District -- Street Corner:

Oscar gripped the wheel, glancing at the street, searching for any sign of his target. What if he was wrong? What if the target was heading somewhere else entirely? Goddamnit, the Boss wouldn't be happy about this... Why had he been so rash? So quick to put everything on the line for his stupid pride? Maybe he needed to take a step back, realize that maybe there was no shame in backing down, and that the more noble thing to do would be to hand off the mission and--

THAT'S HIS CAR I F*CKING KNEW IT! Oscar's eyes went wide and his foot plowed the pedal down to the core of the earth. The bright red Ferrari had been burned into Oscar's mind; there was no doubt that it was Fairplay's! Also the fact that the licence plate read "FAIRPLY".

I was right! I was goddamn right, and now you're MINE, Fairplay!

Suddenly, the stoplight turned red-- And so did Oscar.

"What!?" Oscar pounded the dashboard. "NO!"

The red Ferrari sped over the horizon, the light sparkling tauntingly off its bumper as it vanished towards the Casino, like a large, juicy tuna slipping away into the waves. Oscar's frown pulled the corners of his mouth to the soles of his feet.

"Well. Great. Thanks, American Traffic System." Oscar muttered. God, normally he'd just run the light-- But right now, the last thing he needed was cops on his tail. Not cause he couldn't handle them! But. Low profile was key. He had to tread carefully or else his one shot would be blown. It was then that the callous carjacker noticed a couple waving at him from the street corner, not too far away. They had a small child with them-- One holding a plush animal. How cute. Who cares.

"What the hell do they want...?" Oscar muttered, glancing out the window. Suddenly, a thought hit him-- "...Do they recognize me? Are they witnesses? Or... Fans?"

Oscar's eyes lit up. Maybe it'd be worth taking a detour... He was still in a hurry, but at least he'd confirmed his suspicions. This could be good for him.

The light turned green, and Oscar slowed down, turning the corner and pulling to a stop near the family.

"Why hello there!" Oscar said, leaning out the window with a grin, "I wasn't expecting anyone to flag me down, but... I'm here now, as you can see!"

St. Martha's Academy -- Hallway

God, Leslie needed a cold shower; though she certainly wasn't expecting one so soon. She was shocked back to her senses by a sudden breeze-- And something stamping on hundreds of her bits all at once, causing her to jolt apart in pain.

"AUGH" Leslie scattered-- The pain made it impossible to focus, and her bits started moving all over the place, trying desperately to reconnect. Meanwhile the offending girl had tracked through Leslie without a second thought, a wave of cold air following her.

I can't focus... Where am I? What is this part? Focus, Leslie, focus!

--

An old woman in a wheelchair slowly reached out, and turned the sink faucet, a steady stream of water pouring into a bowl. Next to the sink, she placed a potted plant, wilted and brown and thirstily quivering.

"I believe your power is like water, Leslie... Do you know what makes water flow?"

"...Uh..." Leslie racked her mind. "The faucet?"

"The answer is 'gravity', Leslie. Without it, water is inert, motionless." The woman replied, lifting the bowl over the plant. "There is nothing that can oppose 'gravity'. Eventually, all is pulled to the source... You can either try to fight it, or..."

The woman raised a wrinkled finger and touched bottom of the bowl-- Suddenly, a hole appeared in the bottom of the bowl, and the water immediately began to drain into the plant. All the water was pulled through the single point; once resting aimlessly, now given life and direction. Leslie watched, tilting her head, as the water spilled.

"You can harness it."

--

Leslie stopped moving-- She ceased moving as many pieces of herself as she could, letting them fall where they may. The floor was flat, but there should be one point-- One place where the gravity was slightly stronger; a crack in the floor, a slight dent in the ground-- And she found it, letting her pieces slide together. Two connected, then three, then ten and a hundred, and in a few seconds, Leslie's arm reformed and she began to push herself back to her feet.

"Whoo!" Leslie said, laughing off her momentary terror, "That was a pretty bad one! Thank god for poor maintenance, right? Hahahaha..."

It happened again. It always happened. Something would come her way and she'd fall to bits-- God, and just over talking to her! As if losing her arm wasn't bad enough...

"1. 2. 3. 100... 340..." Leslie muttered, little cubes popping out of her body as she counted. Counting the pieces helped, and it was a good way to calm down. It started slow, but within a matter of seconds, she'd skipped straight to 3000 or so and was nearly done. And to her dismay, she was still short several.

Though she'd tried to shake them off, several of Leslie's bits had already frozen solid to the Magenta girl's leg, stuck there by the sheer cold emanating from her. There weren't enough for Soul to notice... but Leslie did.

"12 pieces..." Leslie muttered, her body rippling. "I'm missing 12 pieces."

Leslie rose to her feet, taking a deep breath. Okay, she could do this. She wasn't mad, it wasn't anyone's fault. The teacher would understand.

"Hey, excuse me!" Leslie called out, approaching the girl casually, "Sorry, I... Uh... You've got something on your leg and that something is me! Ha ha!"

Sidewalk Somewhere in Proprius, Somewhat Close to the Aforementioned Jewelry Store

Continuing her escape, the demon captain turned to hear someone calling after her. The individual seemed to be wearing a mask.

Crap. Crap, crap, crap. She hadn't had anyone come after her the other times, so she wasn't exactly sure how to go about this. She wasn't sure what sort of person she was dealing with. Well, she was dealing with a superhero of some sort, of course. That was obvious. Unless they were some sort of super-criminal trying to steal her score. They also wore masks, didn't they? Either way, this was bad news for her.

Turning her gaze forwards again in time to narrowly avoid a stop sign, Captain Harpoon shouted back. "Shove off, lassie! This be my plunder, and ye shan't be takin' it away, whoever the devil ye happen to be!" How screwed she was depended on who she was dealing with. She'd have to get some information about her pursuer and their abilities, or manage to find somewhere to escape to before said pursuer could have a chance to give her that information. The girl seemed to have a larger right hand than left hand. A strange kind of ability, unless there was something else there.

Still sprinting down the sidewalk, Harpoon looked around for anything that might prove helpful, before noticing a restaurant with outdoor tables, a glass of water set on one of them. Jackpot. Scooping up the glass of water as she ran past, a duck took form from the water. Throwing the glass aside, she sent the small duck back towards the girl. It wasn't much, but it was something. "Lest ye be wantin' more o' that, I suggest ye stand aside, lass! The Demon Captain Bonnie Harpoon takes not kindly to meddlers!"

Streets of Proprius - Chase scene

"You won't get away that ea-" gasp "I mean, who I happen to be i-" wheeze Okay, maybe don't talk until after the running is over.

Mimi was probably in over her head here. This villain was clearly more experienced than her in running, in fighting, and most importantly, in one-liners. The longer this went, the worse her odds, so she needed to end this quickly. At least the running part, she was already kinda tired from her walk.

Her mind snapped back to the other lady just in time to see her steal a glass of water from a restaurant. Does this fiend's criminality know no bounds?! Mimi watched as the woman morphed the water into a small bird and sent it right at her! Then, just as she was about to panic, an idea struck.

She would have to act fast. First, using her big fist, she punched the duck out of the air, hopefully breaking it from the pirate's control. Then, before it had a chance to splatter everywhere, she called on her memory of a few seconds ago to grab the water with her mind and shape it into another duck, this one a little smaller because she couldn't get all of it, and sent it right back at the self-proclaimed "Demon Captain Bonnie Harpoon" (yeesh, that's a mouthful). She wasn't sure what the first duck was going to do, but this one would just follow Ms. Bonnie until it crashed (or splashed) into her. Mimi only hoped she would be too preoccupied with her cheesy pirate talk to notice in time.

St. Martha's Academy - Hallways - Soul:

Soul... certainly wasn't expecting the puddle she stepped in to move. Or cry out in pain, for that matter. She looked back to roughly where her foot had landed, somewhat surprised by the fact that the puddle was no longer present. She turned back when it seemed someone wanted her attention. She looked to be a pudgy young lady.

"Sorry, I... Uh... You've got something on your leg and that something is me! Ha ha!"

Soul did her best to cover the stain on her uniform's sweater with her arms, her snow-white eyes piercing through Leslie in a skeptical glare. Although looking at her more closely, her entire figure seemed to be made up of tiny, shifting cubes. Soul wasn't paying enough attention to note whether the puddle looked cuboid or not. She hiked up her pristine white dress to, sure enough, find roughly twelve or so tiny cubes frozen onto her skin. She sighed, her breath condensing in the air near her.

"It's as if you were waiting for something like that to happen..." Soul grumbled in a volume she thought was under her breath as she crouched down. She tried to pry off the bits with her bare hands, and even managed to unstick three or four. Soul sighed again when she realized she'd have to use her cryomancy for this. She hated using her abilities for such mundane tasks like this, as mundane as one could reasonably call it.

Soul's leg started secreting fluid that, like Leslie's bits, froze on contact with her skin, pushing the remaining cubes away from her flesh. Finally, with a simple touch, the ice seemed to crumble away. Soul scooped up the remaining pixels in both hands and counted them. Yes, there were twelve. She held out her hands, revealing the dozen pieces of Bitgirl. They were still freezing cold, but there was hardly anything Soul could do about that.

"So what were you doing there, anyways? Was this your idea of a practical joke, or are you just ditching class?" Soul kept up her icy glare, her tone as cold as her body. She seemed to be willfully ignorant of the fact that she was also running late.

Shopping District - Anabelle:

The ice cream truck rounded the corner and stopped, with the Michurus not far behind. Mr. Michuru dug his wallet out of his pocket, ready to greet the nice man behind the wheel.

He was not expecting Oscar Jones.

Now, nobody in the family knew who Oscar Jones was, though his appearance was enough for Mr. Michuru to hesitate slightly. Anabelle herself giggled a little bit when she saw Fishlips' face.

"Hee hee! He's wearing lipstick!"

"And that's fine, Annie. He can wear lipstick if he wants to. There's nothing wrong with that." Her mother softly chided. Although certainly, this looked like no ice cream man either of the parents had ever seen. And surely, there was no good reason he had sped around the corner like that after that red sports car. However, for the sake of making his daughter happy, Mr. Michuru decided to ignore that.

"Are you open, sir? We were looking to buy some ice cream off you." Mr. Michuru already had his wallet out.

St. MAARTHAAAAAAAAA's Academy:

I think I remember hearing about a girl like this-- Someone mentioned there was a girl in this school who froze them solid or something. I guess this is her...

The twelve bits jumped from Soul's hands back into Leslie's body, tumbling around before finding their niches and settling back into place. Satisfied that they were back in place, Leslie could now proceed to be the social trainwreck she was.

"I... left something important in the classroom," She quickly offered, "And I'm still getting the hang of my powers and stuff. You... must know how that is, right?"

Oh god i really hope she's as bad a super as i am

Shopping District - Streetside:

"Funny kid," Oscar remarked, grinning harder in response to the child's remarks. Not like he was mad or anything. "Just make sure she doesn't mouth off to the wrong person, eh?"

The father asked for ice cream-- Well, if he refused now that'd be pretty suspicious. He didn't need any trouble with these people, but maybe he could use this to his advantage. Besides, he could always use some extra cash.

"Of course! Anything for a paying customer." Oscar replied, grinning, and turning to the back-- Only to realize that the freezer was locked.

Of course it is. And no keys anywhere in sight-- Not that it'd really be wise to waste time searching for keys while his prey was still on the loose. No, he had to settle this quickly.

"What flavor would you like?" He asked, slowly reaching into his mouth as he leaned over the freezer, trying to make it look like he actually knew what he was doing.

Motel Room 201

*Beeb beeb beeb beeb*
An alarm clock echoes throughout the motel room drowning out the disturbed laughter coming from the man on the bed. Suddenly the man passes out as he has been there for hours in his psychotic break down. From under the bed, the shadow warps taking a physical form and a man garbed in a black body suit appears from nowhere.

"Jesus Christ, its about time he finally broke," spoke the man.

The man wandered about the apartment, admiring his work. Late rent notices scatter the room, the refrigerator door open revealing moldy smelly food, a divorce notice next to a tear-stained photo of a woman, piles of garbage spread all over the floor.

"This was one tough cookie to break, thought I'd have to give up on him. Getting him fired and his wife to leave him was especially trying this time." The man shrugged. "Either way, they all got to learn how pointless the world is anyway. Cannot discriminate based off of difficulty level, now can I?"

The man then walked over to the kitchen and grabbed the largest knife he could find. "Now then, for the final touch..." Walking over to the bed, he rose the knife into the air and dramatically stabbed it into the wall, carving out an anarchy sign with the word shadow below it. The scene now marked with his signature, the man walked out of the apartment into the brimming sunlight.

"Now then, who should the Anarchist's Shadow enlighten next?"

Spoiler : app :
Username: Hess the mess.
Character Name: Althia Pink
Age: 18, but looks around 14.
Gender/Sex: Women.
Appearance: Image
Althia has a small build and is 155 cm tall.
Backstory: Althia Pink is a cute, petite, shy and innocent girl whose parents adore her more than anything in the world. She studies in Stella Private School, one of the only schools where metahumans aren't allowed, she is pretty popular among students because of her cute appearance, also the same pretty face she has, has caused her some enemies, but overall most people like her. She has a crush on a prince from a European country. Because she wants to remain pure for him she doesn’t want to get a boyfriend or give her first kiss to someone who isn’t him. She dreams to become a veterinarian and spend all day taking care of cute animals. While Althia may seem like the typical slice of life “moe” girl, but she is more similar to a magical girl, she has the power to heal the physical and mental damage of living things, but with the price of her hurting herself. She discovered her power through the traumatic experience of a dog almost killing her bunny, crying she run and hold it with her bare hands, from the bottom of her heart she wished for her bunny to not die, and to her surprise the bunny started healing, but on her body, wounds started appearing.
Personality: Somewhat shy, but overall nice.
Superpower: Healing physically and mentally living things, but with the cost of self-damage.
Miscellaneous: She likes cute animals, sweets and trashy teen novels.

Spoiler : I have no self control :
Username: Victor Golf Bravo Mike
Character Name: Prima Mission
Age: 42
Gender/Sex: She/her
Appearance: A woman with a large figure, and larger, curly red hair. Her everyday clothes look more like work clothes, with plain-looking jeans and button-up shirts, probably as a deliberate contrast to her actual "work clothes". Her usually serious expression is also a contrast the warm, inviting one she has when on the job. Speaking of her face, she has a few freckles on each cheek and hoop earrings.
Backstory: Ever since she was little, Prima was gifted. Not just in the sense that she's a super, but she was always told that she was gifted with a "tv personality". She loved to entertain and would often put on little "shows" for her friends and family. When she discovered her power, she tried to tell everyone, but they just assumed it was another show of hers. Despite that, she never stopped performing, and that spirit carried all the way through school and right into the world of showbiz. Nowadays, you can see Prima on channel 9 as Madame Psiya, Proprius City's most charming and lovable tv psychic. On her show, she does everything from talking to spirits to reading auras to reading minds. Everything, that is, except for "future visions".
Personality: On camera, she's the definition of a tv personality: warm and friendly, but also loud and extra. Off camera, she's still friendly enough, but also grounded, with a very no-nonsense approach to everything. Also very perceptive, for obvious reasons. Nothing ever seems to get by her.
Superpower: She has the ability to predict possible futures based on people's actions. In other words, she can see what causes lead to what effects. However, she can only see so far ahead depending on what she already knows, and misinformation can lead to inaccurate predictions. Otherwise, she's pretty much never wrong.
Miscellaneous: Nada.

OPTIONAL: SECRET IDENTITY
Super Name: Madame Psiya
Super Appearance: She wears what appears to be a purple silk scarf around her forehead, which keeps her hair up out of her face and gives it the resemblance of a palm tree. The rest of her body is covered in an extravagant, colorful robe that's covered in sequence. The design is interesting, but generic enough to not be considered culturally inappropriate.
Alliance: The ParaTV network.
Miscellaneous: Her power makes it easier for her to act predictably and say what people want to hear, which makes her more affective at her job. Although, she never uses her actual power on tv, so she's a fake psychic and a real psychic at the same time.

St. Martha's Hallways - Soul:

Soul kept up her glare at Leslie. "I'm not sure I like what you're implying... Implying? Is that right?" Soul broke her glare, her gaze shifting a little bit as she tried to find her verbal footing. "Inferring? Implying? Implying." She returned to staring at Leslie for a few moments before sighing again.

"I... guess you're correct, though... on some level." Soul didn't really want to go into that incident five years ago when she accidentally froze her cat solid. "I suppose it would be a little jarring waking up one day and finding you're... well, that..." Soul thought it impolite to bring up Leslie's cuboid nature, but probably ended up sounding even more rude referring to it how she did. She figured she'd just roll with it.

"Oscar's" Ice Cream Truck - Anabelle:

"Please excuse her, she's still a kid." Mr. Michuru casually addressed Oscar before turning to his family. "Annie, what kind would you like, sweetie?"

"Uh... Strawberry!" Anabelle said with stars in her eyes.

"And anything for you, honey?"

"...No thank you."

"Alright, then." Mr. Michuru turned back to Fishlips. "I'll take a kid's scoop of strawberry, and a single of mint chocolate chip, if you've got it. What's the damage?"

City Square

Why is everyone so noisy today? As if it was bad enough that Dairy Defender almost sold me out, now some new guy has rolled up to the party to yell at the Big Bad Beetle.

Sara for her part was flat on the floor, cowering from behind some debris in the hopes Blockade would just ignore her.

Which he seemed to for some magical reason Sara had no intent of questioning.

With 2 supers now here to fight Blockade Sara was no longer needed in the battle... or at least that was her justification for remaining hidden.
Only poking her head up from behind some rubble to see what was still happening before quickly retreating back to hide again.
Never speak in absolutes. (Which is a round about of saying I came back. Hi.)
