RP: Nyhm's Gauntlet (Mao Rp)

Nyhm's Gauntlet

This is an idea I had that combined the elements of a card game called Mao and the elements of a role-play.

So it should be called the Mao Roleplay but Got said I should call it something... cooler.

What the crap is Mao? :

A card game where you are not told the rules and must learn what they are in order not to receive penalties to win.

What are the rules? :

Sorry, but I can’t tell you the rules. You have to learn what they are.

What happens when I break a rule? :

You will be informed of your failure and receive a penalty. The penalty might be random teleportation of character, (rarely) death, loss of item, etc. If you get ten penalties your character automatically dies but the character may be revived by another person’s character if they bring the body to Koth’s temple. Please let me handle the rules thing.

Concept:

Your character has been trapped in the space between universes known as Gamellyt. This world is ruled by the Game –Master, Gandem (Me), who has a strong obsession with deadly games. He “invites” people to come play with him from every universe. If you defeat the Game-Master, you can either leave the universe and enjoy your freedom or replace the old Game-Master.

Locations:
Everyone starts out in the desert village, Koth.

- Character Name: Simon English
- Character Appearance:
(Not perfect, but I was too lazy to draw him xP)
- Character Back-story: Simon is a bar-tender, who always add a bit of flair to his job, going over the top in his serving. He was born and raised in London, and has a British accent. He's 24, and has a wife back home. However, he was sucked into the game, and has decided to try and win it, hoping to get back home to her.
- Any abilities/powers? : He's stylish. He's very acrobatic and quick, practically developing his own martial art. Basically, he has the power of swag.
- How about a weapon? : A bamboo sword, made by him and surprisingly more durable then it looks.

I'm going to set a record fro most "first applications".

CHARACTER APP

- Character Appearance:

- Character Back-story: Alice is a 5 year old cyborg from the universe of Anja. One day her body was blown to pieces in a tragic monorail accident, but through the power of experimental science, she was revived as a cyborg. She used her new-found durability to fight crime on the streets!
- Any abilities/powers? : Each of Alice's main body parts(head, left arm, right arm, torso to waist, left leg, right leg) are sentient, and can detach themselves and move around at will. They can all talk and discuss strategies together if need be. However, it can be hard for Alice to do anything if her body parts are in disagreement. Her right arm also has a little flap that when opened produces a holographic device for voice chat and internet access.
- How about a weapon? : Alice can shoot burning lasers from each of her fingers.

It really doesn't matter it's just that I was hoping for a lot more. Oh well, I guess I'm not that well-known yet. We could start now. Ya know what? Why not? But I go on vacation today so don't expect me to be here to moderate for a week.
