Z presents his bracelet to the scanner while not pulling his key out.

The number on your bracelet flashes green a few times. Nothing else seems to happen.

[Wolf Speaker]

Equus also scans his bracelet.

[Topaz]

The number on your bracelet flashes green a few times. Nothing else seems to happen.

And Storm scans his bracelet, as well.

As Storm scanned his bracelet, there was a final beeping, then a confirmation sound. The scanner's grid faded out, and what the three had been waiting for happened... Suddenly, the exit door began to slowly open...

Finally, team Tau had overcome their first obstacle as a group, the first hurdle in the Nonary Game. The metal exit door revealed a hospital-like corridor behind it, like the one they had gone through right after the T door opened. Way far ahead, the players could see another door like the ones in the tiny room before the puzzle, the ones with the blue lights on them. However, it was time for the team to get rid of the objects that seemed useless from the puzzle.

Drop any items that you do not wish to carry with you, and pick any objects you would like to carry with you. Certain items cannot be taken through: Body parts, keys, machines.

Equus smiled thinly. "It looks like we made it after all." He took out a handkerchief and wiped his face, particularly his mouth, with it. He looked down mournfully at his clothes. "But not without a price, it seems. Still, we are alive, and for that I am thankful." Placing the brain he'd cut out besides the cabinets, he half-turned to eye his two companions. "We have all the files, yes? They seem like random bits of trivia, but I'd rather be safe than sorry."

[DeeYo]

"I thought the files were only needed to solve the puzzle..." Z said, looking at the cabinets with disgust. Apparently he developed a slight hatred of cabinets after searching endlessly for relevant files.

[Mick]

"We should at least take that letter with us. Also, what about the little metal box? We might be able to find some tools to examnine fingerprints later, who knows? I don't think Zero's stupid enough to leave such traces, but why not try? If you're okay with that, I also suggest not telling anyone about it. Imagine, if Zero is one of the others and he really left an important trace. Can you imagine how he would deal with anyone coming too close? Of course, we will need to get the fingerprints of the other six, but we can take care of this later."

[DeeYo]

"Alright..." Z said, approaching the door. "I am not sure I could carry that box without leaving fingerprints myself..."

[Topaz]

The door ahead opened to reveal a junction room, almost exactly as the one they had previously been in; the walls were darker than the ones in the corridors, and they felt more like metal. This room had not one, but two other doors: one to the right, and one on the left.

In the room are group Iota: Gemini, Evangeline and Trip.
