The agreement was in place. Erika used her duct tape to mend Sheryl's toy. There wasn't anything Sheryl could do that was bad that Erika wasn't going to be aware of, so it was fine. She held out the toy to Sheryl and, as Sheryl reached for it, took it away to show that Erika would have access to it at all times.
Erika left her with it, only glancing back once to see her sniveling face. Duct tape sill on her mouth.
"Fine, expect a charge for obstruction of justice, Mr..... whatever your name is."
I leave and ask the other two people for their version of the discovery of the body instead, as well as their relation to the victim.
You are ordered to walk over to Sheryl and tell her every single clue you've obtained (Whether evidence or testimony) is a quiet enough voice so nobody else is able to hear.
But that's physically impossible for me to accomplish.
After all, I have duct tape over my mouth at this point in time. (Naturally, asking me to remove it is a command of its own, and you won't exactly be able to do it without my consent.)
Spoiler : GM :
Sam does not allow for duct tape to be removed from his mouth, physically or otherwise. On the offchance that the action is successful, Sam should fall unconscious from the pain (since it would have to be done with quite a force, considering the resistance) and be unable to investigate for the remainder of the round. (This is partially a test on how far I can stretch my actions, anyway... If Enthalpy's stab-and steal work, I find this perfectly reasonable.)
