Canon really isn't the right word for this. Translations are up to your preference, but in the end it's all the same story. Nothing is more "Canon" then the other.

I'm just a firm believer that what we get officially in Japanese stays official in Japanese and what we get officially in English is official in English.

For what it's worth, from all I've seen of the official localization I rather like it. If anything, I'm appreciative that they were able to bring it to an English-speaking audience in a way that can be financially supported. I don't yet own a Vita but I'll probably be grabbing a copy of it and the sequel in time. Arguably, by proxy of LPs, I've already kinda-sorta played them.

That said, from a reading perspective there really is a pretty big charm in the way orenronen did things. Super High School Level is, at this point, pretty iconic even if it's not what the official localization adopts.

I assume at least once within the 500 some pages as well as xat, but really, this is Enigma and crews rp and they are free to use whatever version they want.
