Still, yeah, that's why you stick a small design team on it and have them work with marketing, not the bulk of your resources. I can't imagine how throwing more than a handful of people at a logo design process is even remotely intended to speed it up OR improve the final result.Putin wrote:Ask Squeenix. Logo's are at max 3 months to come up with (assuming a well-planned process has gone down with the team communicating to the artists involved).
Actually making a professional logo requires some damn good knowledge of geometry and circles though. It's crazy.

I wonder square cuold've done in 6 months without worrying about a simple logo...perhaps a new game, or polishing of an already made game...or new features of this new lightning game? Who knows what the opportunity costs they decided to give up on in exchange for...focusing on a logo xP

Re: Final Fantasy: The Topic
I started playing VII again recently and I got something that's impossible.
During the raid to the underwater reactor, I acquired a fifth Enemy Skill materia. I got it where you get the second one at the Respectable Inn.
I know for a fact there are only four, so how I got a fifth is beyond me. I had to double check my materia inventory and yep, I've got five.
Since I know people will be asking for proof. I'll post a image of it tomorrow.

Re: Final Fantasy: The Topic
So I started Final Fantasy XIII and I'm about 3 hours in, just before the third chapter boss. And to be honest... If you approach it a certain way a lot of its more glaring flaws don't stand out as much. I'm trying to approach this game as more a movie with interactive elements until the part where it "opens up", or so I hear. I think it's a lot more bearable than if I were expecting a solid gameplay experience. Maybe it's just that I have a high tolerance for linear games. One of my friends would absolutely hate it.
It's incredibly pretty, like, super pretty. And the music, oh my gosh.
I don't understand why anyone would hate any of these characters. Sure, none of them are on Severus Snape's level of complexity and depth, but the cast as a whole gives me a better impression than Symphonia's cast did. And that's not to mention how much better they are than FFIV's.

Anyone play Final Fantasy XIV?
I play on the server Siren in Database Aether (US).
I play as a Lalafell named Evenos Kuhn. It'd be cool to play with any of you if you to play. ^_^

Think that's why so many relationships fail, because people wind up forcing themselves to find good in the other person, play up who they are to appear more attractive to them... but well... real love is being yourself, with someone who cares about you and accepts you for who you are.
