I'm afraid to ask what's going on here...
This is the Member of the Month; an interview that I do at the end of each month. It's a fun way of finding out about respected members of the community.

The third member of the month is Trybien, who, although hasn't written any well known trials, has become a recognised member of the community. Today, we'll be finding out about the guy whom we originally knew nothing of.

I personally select each month's Member of the Month. People are picked based on their contributions to the community, whether they are: making excellent trials, providing comic relief or just being a brilliant person. The next Member of the Month could be you!

If you have any questions about the Member of the Month system, please PM me.
* * * * *
Meph: Hello, welcome to the third Member of the Month interview.

Trybien: This is a surprise. I completely thought it would some one like shadowedgey not me.

Meph: Can you tell us about how you found AAO, and what made you want to join?

Trybien: I found it on Court-Records while looking for a decent, yet easy fan-case maker. I joined because I was impressed with the trial system after playing the featured trials.

Meph: How long ago was this?

Trybien: About three quatres of a year ago.

Meph: Would you agree with me if I said that you're not much of a trial writer?

Trybien: That's a tough one, I work on the trials, yet I work slowly. I blame lack of Trucy sprites on being behind on TWAA. ATTR is fun to work on though, so I'd say I kind of am a trial worker.

Meph: You haven't released any serious trials yet. Do you have any cooking?

Trybien: Trucy's first case is really got a good plot twist ending that my dad gave to me as an Idea.(And a damn good idea it was) I also have a seriously epic idea for any later possible Trucy Wright instalments.

Meph: You said you're quite slow at writing your trials. Why do you think that is?

Trybien: I don't get much time, and I get caught up in a lot of animes. I'm just easily distracted.

Meph: It's quite a common problem.

Trybien: I agree.

Meph: What is the main thing that makes you come to AAO?

Trybien: Multiple reasons actually. To see any new games is the main reason. I also like to read topics. I once spent 3 hours reading the whole ATTR topic. I also like to work on my games, but you know about that.

Meph: Are you a fan of any authors?

Trybien: Probably, I don't know, I believe everyone is my favorite.

Meph: I'll rephrase my question, then. What is your favourite trial?

Trybien: Okay, I don't have a favorite trial. There are to many I like at a very high level that i can't tell which would be my favorite.

Meph: I won't accept that answer! :P

Trybien: I guess that means I'll have to say it is Turnabout Nightmare, but there are a few close behind.

Meph: What makes it so special, in your opinion?

Trybien: It was the first trial that made me feel emotional, yet satisfied while playing. It followed the AA time line with a special emotional ending. I just think that is one of the trials truly deserving a #1 spot on AAO. With The Bitter Turnabout close behind at second.

Meph: Now let's talk about your personal life. What was your childhood like?

Trybien: Not much memories of my childhood, mainly just vacations and movies.

Meph: What are your sorts of holidays (or vacations, as you Americans call them)?

Trybien: We try something different each year. Last year was Vegas, this year was DC.

Meph: So it's about visiting big cities, basically?

Trybien: Not really anything specific, usually places with historic benefit. Vegas was a "special" vacation (for reasons unknown).

Meph: I like how you put that. :P Have you ever been abroad?

Trybien: No really. Just places like that for a week. We never really got out of the country (except that time we went to the Canadian side of Niagra Falls).

Meph: I suppose it's different for you. In Britain, the ideal holiday is to get out of the country - out of the rain - and experience a different culture.

Trybien: Guess that's just not for us. We have a lot of culture in America. Better yet, we've got a lot of culture in my school!

Meph: That brings me to my next question. What is your average day like?

Trybien: Wake up, watch TV, play with dog, eat lunch, watch TV, take shower after being told twice, go on the computer, make dinner, go back to computer, watch some TV, go to bed, play games, in bed, go on MLIA, fall asleep, and repeat.

Meph: I wasn't expecting a list, but okay, that's fine. :P What breed is your dog?

Trybien: A German Shepard.

Meph: What do they look like. I'm very naive when it comes to dog breeds?

Trybien: I'm naive to, so don't worry. They usually are medium sized when fully grown. They usually range from brown to black. That's all I can really tell you.
Image
Meph: What's your favourite TV program?

Trybien: Either CSI, Law and order SVU, or Law and order Criminal.

Meph: Ah, you like the crime and investigation genre?

Trybien: Yeah, I get a lot of it from reading detective books in 1st grade.

Meph: Are there any other genres you like?

Trybien: I like to watch anime, but genres of anime differ. I also like sitcoms, and cartoon comedies such as Spongebob. That's about it.

Meph: You're never too old to watch Spongebob.

Trybien: Yah, my sister-in-law loves it. :D

Meph: You told me earlier that you were going to some sort of school event?

Trybien: It was a reunion for this group I'm a part of called power of the pen. We met at Cece's Pizza.

Meph: So what is this group?

Trybien: It's a group of 7th and 8th graders that take part of a creating writers tournament.

Meph: So you're good with your metaphors and personification and whatnot?

Trybien: I didn't make it passed the passed the first round >.> , but I was good enough to join the team at least. :D

Meph: Never the less, do you still regard yourself as a skilful writer?

Trybien: I think I do okay.

Meph: Could you describe me with a metaphor?

Trybien: My writing technique is as average as the stories on MLIA

Meph: Never mind then. Moving on...

Meph: What are your plans for the future?

Trybien: A video game designer or a chef.

Meph: Ooooh. So you're a cook?

Trybien: Yeah, didn't catch the part "make dinner" in my average day?

Meph: Well I did, but I misinterpreted it. Do you frequently cook for your family?

Trybien: Depending on what it is, yes. I'll be making hamburgers in a few minutes, actually.*

Meph: Yes, you can't beat homemade ones.

Trybien: Yah, but there not. :( Just gonna pop a few frozen ones on the grill and cook them.

Meph: Even still, it's not McDonald's.

Trybien: Touché.

Meph: I can't even operate a microwave, let alone a grill! So what real food can you cook?

Trybien: Hamburgers, hotdogs, and chicken pot pie so far.

Meph: So you've got a long journey until you're cooking spotted dick and black pudding?

Trybien: Is that a British dish? And I think you mean "duck," not "dick".

Meph: No, there is honestly something called spotted dick! :P Yes, it's British, but I don't like the taste. What I mean is, you've got a long way to go until you're cooking for someone like... erm... I don't know, some sort of posh restaurant?

Trybien: I wasn't planning on working for a "posh" restaurant, but I'm planning on making on restaurant chain, and being chef for main one.

Meph: That's even better.

Meph: Let's change the subject again to something that I ask every interviewee. What is your favourite Ace Attorney game?

Trybien: I like T&T the best, because it was my first game, and no, I'm not stealing from Okappa. I had no clue what attorney's were (I was in fourth grade and oblivious). I liked the game, and got the rest of the games of the series.

Meph: Who's your favourite character in the series?

Trybien: I'm stuck between Godot and Dahlia, for reasons of the good/bad spectrum, both reign supreme in my mind.

Meph: What other games do you really like?

Trybien: Hotel Dusk, TWEWY, and Touch Detective.

Meph: Could you elaborate?

Trybien: Hotel Dusk is an epic detective based game that made me feel that I was reading a book, TWEWY is my most recent game which I'm still playing (and I love the double person fighting style) and touch detective is one of my oldest detective games. It's kind of like a kid friendly version of AAI.

Meph: What was the first video game you ever played?

Trybien: Super Mario Bros on the NES. I was like 3 or 4 years old at my cousins house. I still think it's epic.

Meph: Last question, now. Do you have any other interests?

Trybien: Flag football, basketball, and surprisingly for me, school. :o

Meph: Flag football?

Trybien: It's like football, but we got these belts that have these strip things they call flags, so instead of tackling, you pull the flag out of the person with the ball to get a down.

Meph: I think our rugby variant of it is called "non-contact rugby" here, since you call gridlock "football" for some reason. :P But yes, it's quite fun.

Trybien: Yah, I don't get it either. The only time we use our feet is during punts and fieldgoals kicks.

Meph: Before we conclude this interview, do you have anything else you'd like to say? You'll never get this opportunity again...!

Trybien: New things, EVERYBODY DANCE NOW! bum bum bum bum bumb bum bum. *credits play trough the screen*.

Meph: Thanks for the interview. It was very interesting to find out more about you.

Trybien: Anyway, goodbye AAO, I love you!

In fact, his pattern of speech was a sort of give away. I guessed it was either him or another user (Can't remember who it was though) that posted in the same way. Also when he swore and Meph said he'd maybe reconsider. That's Behavioral Analysis for you.
