But Meph, DW isn't losing as many viewers as you think. This series is doing better than series 3. :) It's just the BBC keep moving it around. >_<

They haven't risen so much in France, to my knowledge - though "cheap" education may only be available to French citizens. I'd have to check that.
I mean, tuition fees that I pay to my school are around 750€ a year - and "real universities" (I'm in an engineering school, which is quite different - and far better ^^ - from a university) are supposed to be free. That's quite far from the £3000 that English universities require... :)
