Re: Epic Rap Battle of History (All Battle Discussion here!)
Bruce Lee vs Clint Eastwood.
I think I'm leaning towards Lee here for two reasons. One, I didn't like Eastwood's sort of slow and tired rapping. Two, several of Eastwood's comments were just straight up racist to Asians. Lee was a lot faster here, and generally impressed me more. So yeah, I preferred Lee.

Clint's insults just felt cheap and hollow, while Lee's rap felt very solid. Another excellent battle worthy of many listens.
Super amazing set by Sakuya.

Lol, so many people suggesting Tobuscus vs PewDiePie.
Now, onto the new rap: Bruce Lee vs Clintwood!
Since I'm part asian, those racist parts hit me, kind of, into a biased result.
Clint Eastwood's last line was such a low blow that I'm on Lee's side, hah.
Honestly though, I feel like a rematch is in order.
Also, ITS SHORT AGAIN! xp

Think that's why so many relationships fail, because people wind up forcing themselves to find good in the other person, play up who they are to appear more attractive to them... but well... real love is being yourself, with someone who cares about you and accepts you for who you are.

Re: Epic Rap Battle of History (All Battle Discussion here!)
Honestly, I think Clint Eastwood won decisively. He spent a lot less time rapping about himself and more time layin' the smackdown. And he sounded just badass.
"You can't be too tough, you got killed by an aspirin" won it for me.
Bruce Lee did well too though. One of the better ERBs for sure.

Eastwood won if not only because EpicLLOYD actually was good at acting.

Batman v.s Sherlock Holmes.
This is actually a two-on-two, I feel that Batman's voice was overdone. Sherlock and Watson really tag teamed them hard. I feel that Robin was one of the highlights of the video. Also that little part before the Detective's second verse where he does that little strategy thing. That was also a highlight of the rap battle.

Re: Epic Rap Battle of History (All Battle Discussion here!)
Hm...this is a tough one to call. It was kind of a slower rap that rarely picked up the pace, which made it a little less impressive. Robin's verse was great, but Batman himself kinda sucked here, and while Holmes' beat felt awkward, I feel he and Watson did a little better than Batman if only because they had some better insults ("I heard he has a British butler!" "Good, then he's used to being served by Englishmen!") and Batman's had to rely solely on Robin for good rapping.

Re: Epic Rap Battle of History (All Battle Discussion here!)
Sherlock won. If they portrayed Batman at least somewhat true to the character ala The Doctor and Darth Vader, Batman would have no doubt won. If they used the Adam West Batman, he would be DAYMN WINNING. ...But instead they used the Dark Knight Batman with the Bat-voice really over done. His lyrics suffered as a result, and some were just plain bad. Probably Pete's worst rapper since... Easter Bunny, really.
60s!Robin however was EpicLLoyd's best rapper since Elvis. That whole verse was epic and fast paced.
Sherlock however, was another level. Really good raps and interaction with Watson, and was just more fun to watch and hear. And they portrayed as bloody true to the character (The original as well! I'd have thought they'd go with the Robert Downey Jr version!), and it really worked!

Re: Epic Rap Battle of History (All Battle Discussion here!)
I keep watching Robin's part over and over again. I seriously wish it had just been him and no Batman. XD Sherlock and Watson definitely won overall, though. They had good rhymes and were portrayed well.
But seriously... Lloyd's Robin makes me take back everything I said about him based on most of his other performances this season.
EDIT: I missed out on Lee vs Eastwood the first time around. I think it's actually one of my favorites. Lee and Eastwood both were incredibly solid and were acted well.

Re: Epic Rap Battle of History (All Battle Discussion here!)
Yeah Batman was pretty disappointing, not cool after I've been looking forward to him being in a rap battle. He did decently on the second verse, at least. Sherlock and Watson won, their rap was solid except for the huge hole of the so incredibly overused and meaningless "omglolhehasnopowers" card.
