I... actually don't feel Doug's doing the right thing here. Yeah, there's still potential for fresh material with the NC but in general, the show did seem to have run its course. There's only so many times I can watch a high-pitched grown man freak out at some old, terrible movie. Hell, even the little bit of NC freak-out in that video felt "been there, done that". And yeah, Demo Reel sucked ass. All one episode I saw of it, as the second episode targeted a movie that was even newer. Doug should still be moving on to different things, said things just shouldn't be as bad as Demo Reel... which could have actually been interesting if Doug didn't lose all ability to write before making an episode of it.

I already know I'm in the minority with this though. I'll still tune into the new NC episodes and who knows, maybe it'll be better than I thought it'd be.

You have to admit that was the most awesomest way to bring NC back. JUST FOR THAT I LOVE NC

Wow, that review was even more mediocre than anticipated. And animal cruelty jokes, yay, love those. Glad NC is back at the absolute top of his game.

I haven't watched yet, but I'm confused as to how it can even be considered nostalgic. 0_o

He removed the cutoff date, pretty much. :P

Meh, I liked it. It made me laugh more than his crossover episodes that he started pumping out before the "final" one ever did. XP

Yes, but... the movie's half a year old... it's literally impossible for it to be nostalgic in any way. <_< It kinda goes against the purpose of the show... meh.

I actually found this to be one of the best Nostalgia Critics in a while (and no not just because he was on hiatus you know what I mean). The first half was hilarious and the pencil jokes were awesome. And like DWaM said this review was a refreshing change from the awful crossover reviews from before his hiatus.

...Though I hope that whole "commerical break" thing doesn't become a running gag (the transitions make me fear this) because that was just completely unfunny and boring.

Also I highly doubt that he's going to make a habit of reviewing movies less than a year old. Hell even if he did I wouldn't mind, because he'd still be the Nostalgia Critic - a hilarious character with an ironic name. :P But yeah I'm pretty sure that movies less than a year old will only be once in a while.

New review is out. This time, it's Pearl Harbor.

My Thoughts: The actual review was funny, the Micheal Bay skit was awkward.
