They're only 5 minutes on Funimation. And, I know you're asking Hodou, mind you, but I watch dubbed.

Dubbed here. I had the option and chose dub because I can relate to the intentionally-stereotypical accents, America isn't Vic Mignogna, and the entire thing sounds like an Abridged parody of itself.
Also known as: okappa, houdou.

I think my favorite scene is the one where Japan goes to Italy and ends up acting like him. "ITALIANS ARE CONTAGIOUS!!" "Or the Japanese are just easily influenced."

Already saw it in Japanese.
It was pretty good, I suppose. A bit cheesy at times, and the ending was... not all that satisfying, but it was still pretty entertaining. It was a little confusing since I couldn't tell if it was trying to be serious or not.
Can't wait to watch it in English. I'm sure they'll manage to slip plenty more jokes in there.

Huzzah! The first English volume of Hetalia: World Series arrived today!
It isn't as funny as Axis Powers yet, but it's still hilarious so far. And Greece is awkward. Veeeeeery aaaaaawkwaaaaard.
Also, saw the English movie. It was pretty funny, but it's use of the F word caught me off guard...
