Eddie Brock would go straight into his Venom form, and lash out at any poor baliff who tries to stop him ftom escaping.
Carnage would do the same, except with more murders.
Norman Osborn/Green Goblin would either A) Bomb the place with a pumpkin bomb and escape, or if in the Ultimate Universe, inject himself with the Oz formula.
Doc Ock would go all tentacle whack on their behinds.
Sandman would turn into sand and escape.
I think most of them would just end up escaping. XD

Well, for some of the MvC3 ones...
Dormammu's head would flash and flare up as he ranted/screamed, and then finally fizzle out completely at the end
Doctor Doom's mask would split open, revealing his twisted face. The rest of the breakdown, he'd be trying to cover it with his hand, until his glove backfired and electrocuted him. Kinda like a Gant breakdown.
Modok's armor would crack and fizzle, and he'd become tangled in his own tentacles. His body would then shut down completely, his eyes going black and his mouth hanging open as if he were a robot being turned off.
