Persona 4 the Animation

Yeah, this was discussed in the Anime and Manga topic already, but still very briefly. It needs more love!

Anyways, we've waited for who knows how long, and we finally got this! Persona 4 the animation! Yeah I know this is a little late since Episode 2 is already out, but still!

High points:

-VERY faithful to the game
-Using the game music
-Knows its pacing. I know Episode 1 feels rushed but the first 45 minutes of the game is the plot advancing sloooooooowly anyway
-Epic fight scenes!
-During the fight scenes with Yosuke's Shadow, HE DIDN'T PASS OUT! That means we get to see what pain he goes through and laugh at it see more character development

Spoiler : :

-The scene with Gas Station Attendant!Izanami was short and sweet, plus a red herring from Dojima

Low points:

-Not so good voice actors for Yukiko and Saki
-Animation is not really top-notch, but that's just me

They go to a different world through an electronic screen (in Digimon it was computer, Persona 4 has televisions). Waitwait! When they return they both go through TVs! Then there is that cute little digimon err... whatever that bear thing is that can talk. The main characters also summon personas that are pretty similar to evolved digimons and fight with them against evil digimons.

How are they not similar? The fog too! In Digimon 02 there was an ep where Kairi (was that her name?) was consumed by fog into another world! They could save her before it was too late though.

Well I guess you're right The only difference is WHAT the monsters are made up of
