What do you mean? Frequencies? Or universal keys?

Ah. Into Guitar Tab, I take it.
I cannot do that. I have not learnt Guitar.
Do you want my advice? Learn to read the That style of sheet music. a lot of music is in that format, and it would save a lot of trouble to learn it.
If you want to: Here is my advice:

Piano TAB? Why on earth...
Never mind. my advice is still the same. Even more so now. Almost every Piano song I have ever seen is on Sheet music, not Tab. And no matter what, the pointers I put earlier are still the same.
Seriously. It's better if you learn to read it. It will save you, and other people a lot of time and trouble.

So you mean numbered notation? I'll do the melody, I guess. Bold underline is double underline. Dot before is dot below and dot after is dot above. Dot in brackets is dot after. Small numbers are grace notes. In respect to D major. Rest of them are standard numbered notation.
.5 .6 3 .6 3-- 3 2-- .6 b3 3 .6 3 2 1 1 .7 1 1- .4 .5 #.5 b.7 1 2 b3 4 #4 5--(.) 0(.) 0 5 #4 5 3 3 1 1 .6 .7 1 .6 1 2 1 2 3 1 1 .5(.) 0 0 .7 1 b.7 1 b3 2 1 2 b.7--(.) 0 .7 6 7. 6--- 2 b3 2 1 2 1 .7 .6 .7 #1 2 1--(.) .5 .6 b.7 .6(.) 2(.) .5--(.)
This is the most ridiculous notation method in the world. Even in China, they have normal sheet music. You should just learn normal sheet music, 'cause this is unintuitive and super complicated. That tiny leitmotifesque line took like an hour to transcribe. So ridiculously complicated.

Numbered notation is complicated, yes, but it's necessary for MIDI music. If you're doing something involving that, or if that's how you learned, then it makes sense.
