I actually completely agree with your predictions for the Best Picture nominations. Those 10 will definitely be it (your frontrunners + likely nominations, that is). The only other one that I think might have a chance at making it in is Holy Motors, though I can't see any of those 10 not making the cut, so I don't find that likely.
Zero Dark Thirty is most likely to take home Best Picture, Best Actress (Jessica Chastain) and Best Director (Kathryn Bigelow). Daniel Day Lewis will likely get Best Actor for Lincoln (a nice personal surprise for me would be if Jack Black gets nominated for Bernie or Dane DeHaan for Chronicle).
Supporting Actress I'm betting will go to Anne Hathaway for Les Misérables. Jennifer Lawrence is also a possibility for Silver Linings Playbook. Supporting Actor is... hm. That one's kind of up in the air for me. Nothing particularly stands out.
I'm willing to bet that Life of Pi will be netting all of the "Inception Awards" this year. That is to say, the technical ones.

Jennifer Lawrence has been nominated for all the Best Actress awards this season, not Best Supporting Actress. She is rather likely to be nominated and win the Best Actress category.
Also, I must say, I feel as if it's more likely that Lincoln will win Best Picture with Spielberg getting Best Director. But you never knooooow~
EDIT: Updated the list with Best Director, Actor, Actress, and Animated Feature.

Ugh... It's not that Les Mis looks bad to me, but it just annoys me that everybody working on that movie seems to be gunning for an Oscar. I just hate when people pander to the Academy instead of just trying to make a good movie. Almost as much as I hate movies based on well-known musicals.
I have a similar complaint about Lincoln but, given the people involved, feel that its Oscars would be more deserved.
Zero Dark Thirty, I just have all sorts of political objections to. And Life of Pi I'm biased against because I despised the book. I'm actually pretty sure it's a good movie, I just couldn't possibly enjoy it; Yann Martel should just win an award for Smarmiest, Most Obnoxious Author's Voice Ever.
I guess there just aren't many movies I'm rooting for, this year. Argo should win something maybe.

He just doesn't like movies that are clear Oscar bait, and admittedly, that's what Les Mis is, along with stuff like Lincoln. (Doesn't necessarily make them bad, mind you.)
And... political objections? ZDT takes a pretty neutral approach to just about everything.
Okay, Tommy Lee Jones must win Best Suporting Actor, because Thaddeus Stevens was AWESOME in Lincoln. I actually got excited hwen I saw him in my history book just because of that movie. So yeah, he's got my hypothetical vote.
Hersh/Fiendy has credit for the amazing GiGi pics and enigma has credit for the adorable Kenshin Mega Man sprite!
I'll update the OP later, but nominees have been announced. Probably one of the most unexpected surprised was Amour, a French-language film, grabbing a Best Picture and Best Actress nomination in addition to Best Foreign Language Film. Guess we have our winner in the latter category.
Quvenzhané Wallis also has become the youngest actress nominated for Best Actress. Technically speaking, she is the youngest ever - she was 6 when Beasts of the Southern Wild was made.
That's all for right now.
