I'm sure many of you have watched Spirited Away or My Neighbor Totoro, right?
Well I hope so at least. If not go watch them, and some of the other movies as well. (I just watched Porco Rosso)

Studio Ghibli has produced 8 of the 15 highest grossing films, If that's not assurance that they're quality, then LOOK AT THE ART.

It's good to see them finally get the topic they deserve. I love their work. I've seen Nausicaa,, Totoro, Kiki, Mononke, Spirited Away, Cat Returns, Howl, Earthsea, Ponyo and Arrietty. A few are on my top 10 movies list. http://trialmanakasomacruz.deviantart.c ... -294338904

I love Studio Ghibli. I think I've seen Ponyo, Spirited Away, Grave of the Fireflies and Ocean Waves.

Just because something looks good and is popular does not mean it's good.

That said, I do like Ghibli's films, but I have yet to see one that was truly amazing, aside from maybe Only Yesterday.
