Meph's Handy Tips #4: Pin your trials

Meph's Handy Tips #4
Pin your trials
A lot of people accidentally lose the work that they have made in their trials by closing the tab that they are in. Are you one of those people? Then here's a very easy solution:--

If you're using Firefox (4 or above) or Chrome, then pin tabs to the tab bar. You can do this by right-clicking the tab that you want to pin and selecting "Pin as App Tab" or "Pin tab".

When they are pinned, they shrink so that only the webpage's icon is visible. But more importantly, they cannot be closed unless you unpin them. This means that it will be a lot harder for you to close the Trial Editor, so you are less likely to lose your work. However, this only solves half the problem. If you close the entire browser window, then you will still lose your work, so be careful.

So I hope this little tip is a bit of help for those who are losing their work.

I hate it when I do that on any website.

Anyways, that's a great tip! I'll have to use that!

I found it on deviantART. Um... I suppose it might be considered rude not to credit the author, but I'm planning on changing it when my trial's logo is finished...
